In the summer of 2021, I set out for a new adventure, this time closer to home. I planned on running across the Alps, starting from Triëst in Italy through Slovenia, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, France and finally ending in Monaco. Together with my crew, a bigger one than ever before, I managed to set a new FKT of 30 days, 8 hours and 40 minutes on a 2500 km long trail.
